As believers in using adventure and nature as a tool, we are committed to doing everything we can to help offset the emissions created by our travels. Here are just some examples of how we are doing this: Minimizing (currently) and eliminating completely (by 2030!) single use plastics from our trips. Encouraging and providing reusable drink ware for our participants Educating our audience on ways that they can offset their own carbon footprint. You can read more about some of our top tips here! Cleaning up after ourselves, and often others. We leave places better than we find them! Working with local vendors & cities to determine where our assistance is most needed in their unique places.

Absolutely not! We love to make adventure accessible for the average, mobile human. We use adventure as a tool to challenge what we think is possible, to make incredibly fun memories, and to remember what it’s like to feel grounded & free to play. Our guides will be there to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and no one is left behind.

Researching locations that meet the unique criteria is one of our most tasking roles. It really depends on the size of your group, the budget, and the location. Typically we will end up doing one of the following: Boutique resorts Hotels (buyout) Large house/mansions Other custom options We will always strive to have excellent facilities that are comfortable, surrounded by nature (or close to some places for adventures!), and have spaces for your team to connect uninterrupted.

While we are based out of Minnesota, and love to offer local retreats and team building there, we go far beyond! We have top locations within the United States that are easily accessible. We also have several other locations nationally and internationally, with the option to customize any location you might be interested in based on your unique team.

Travel agents typically make all of the logistic arrangements. We do that too, but we are a full-service crew! We work with you to design an experience that engages your employees & connects your team. Our guides go with your team and will handle all of the details on site, so that everyone on the trip is able to focus on team building, strategy, or whatever your goals are for the trip. We save groups a lot of time, money, and frustration by having experts on site to help solve problems when, and often times before, they arise!

Once you've made your selection, leave all the intricate details to us – from meticulous planning, reservations, and menu choices to providing packing lists for your team. You will have a dedicated account manager to coordinate and organize all the details of your trip. We will handle all of the communications, packing lists, meal planning, and more! On the trip, you will have your own personal BREAKOUT Crew guides to facilitate your entire trip from the time you arrive to the time you leave, so that your team can just focus on being present with your team.
