In today's fast-paced business landscape, embracing change is paramount for success. Using science-based curriculum, you will learn tools to understand ways to navigate change, understand common fears triggered by change, and how to embrace, navigate, and lead change fearlessly. Format: In-Person Workshop Included in this Funshop: Full Day workshop -A facilitated, engaging learning session focusing on understanding the science of core fears, and how these engage when change happens. -Facilitated discussion to share what change looks like at work, and how you communicate, build trust, and lead change together. -Pre and post session worksheets to maximize -Organized off-site activity pricing is dependent upon chosen activity. Suggested learning module is flying trapeze or rock climbing, but can be customized upon request. Targeted Skill Development: -Resilience -Change Management -Leadership -Emotional Intelligence -Conflict Resolution -Communication Outcomes: -Identify fears at the core of every human -Understand how change triggers core fears and shows up in the workplace. -Identify techniques that support competent, skill development in low stakes ways that plan for failure and success to build trust and overcome limiting beliefs. Allow for creativity in safe spaces. -Identify why your big shared goal matters to your team and why it is worth them risking uncomfortable moments for. -Create a Practice Plan for having fun with navigating and leading change.
