Now, we are bringing an opportunity to you to do all of this while exploring the beautiful mountains of Colorado!
This 5 day, 4 night trip to Colorado is filled with opportunities for personal and professional growth, hands-on leadership development education, and connecting with other women in current or future leadership positions.
Explore the world with like-hearted individuals as you overcome challenges, discover new abilities within yourself, and have fun together.

​During this experience, we will be teaching our innovative leadership curriculum about leading teams through challenges, understanding the elements of employee engagement, overcoming fears and so much more!

The Highlights
Start in Telluride
Arrive in Telluride and connect with your team for the week. We will be staying in a comfortable accommodations nestled into the foothills of the mountains as we begin to dive into the leadership development topics.

Complete a Via Ferrata
We will start pushing our comfort zone on the Via Ferrata - you will get a fun, new outfit comprised of the gear that you need such as a harness, lanyard, and helmet. After we show you how to safely travel on the via ferrata, you will get to embark on a breaktaking journey from one side of the mountain, to the other!
Summit a Mountain!
After your exciting day, we rest up before we embark on a resilience-building excursion in the beautiful San Juan mountain range!

This is a 5 mile journey, at which we will traverse at a comfortable pace. It consists of beautiful twists and turns with views for days. When you reach the top of the mountain, you are greeted with a cool blue lake like you've never seen!
​
We will set up camp before cooking dinner - you will be assigned a role as part of the team to prepare dinner mountain style! Then, we will connect on more leadership development, relating our lessons to the circumstances from the day, drawing on these experiences to reflect and gain insight on the ways we show up as leaders.
​
Then, we will apply this knowledge to future frameworks, planning our next steps as leaders.
Relax in Hot Springs
After our excursion, we will need to soak our sore muscles in a well-deserved natural "spa night". These natural springs are set underneath an International Dark Sky, treating you to incredible star viewing opportunities as you soak your stress away.
Depart from Telluride
We will enjoy the morning at our accommodations, reflecting on our time together and celebrating the difference that we made - around us, and within us - before you are dropped off at the airport for your return home.
