Most teams are good, but you know there's more potential. Share with us what you're seeing, what you've tried, what isn't shifting.
We'll help you identify where your team system is defaulting and what training would actually move it.
No pitch. No pressure. Just clarity on what's driving the dynamic you're experiencing and steps we can take to support developing their collective power.

Leaders and teams get a clear picture of their team's biological defaults before training begins, so the training targets what actually needs to shift.

COMMON QUESTIONS
What size teams do you work with?
We work with teams of all sizes. Sessions are typically 5-15 people, but will typically split teams up if they get larger than 15 people. If you have a team that requires some creativity, we will work diligently to help you solve it while maintaining efficacy integrity.
Do you come to us, or do we come to you?
Both. We have a dedicated training facility at PowerUp Training Club in Minneapolis, and we travel for onsite and offsite engagements nationwide. For teams outside Minneapolis, we typically recommend an offsite or retreat format for the first session.
How long does it take to see results?
Teams notice a shift after the first session — shared language, visible patterns, new agreements already in place. Lasting behavior change builds through the Foundations Training series over weeks or months. We're not a one-day fix and we don't pretend to be.
We've already done team training. How is this different?
Most team training reaches individuals and hopes it transfers. We train the team together as a collective system — targeting the biological defaults driving behavior, not just the skills and frameworks sitting on top of them. That's why it sticks.
"We emerged (from the event) with a renewed sense of purpose, improved communication skills, and a deepened appreciation for one another's strengths. Our team dynamics have evolved positively, and it is undeniable that Sarah played an indispensable role in this transformation."
