Cancellation Policy

At Boredroom Breakouts, LLC d/b/a PowerUp, we design experiences that challenge teams to grow through courage, connection, and play. By attending a session at our facility, clients agree to the following: Conduct: All participants must act respectfully toward facilitators, staff, and other guests. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in early dismissal without refund. Confidentiality: Conversations, reflections, and personal insights shared during the experience must remain private and not be shared outside the group. Intellectual Property: All program materials and methods are proprietary to Boredroom Breakouts dba PowerUp and may not be copied, recorded, or reused for profit. Cancellation & Reschedule: If cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled session, 50% of the total cost will be charged. Clients may reschedule once per session at no penalty. No-shows will be charged 100% of the total cost. Responsibility: PowerUp maintains a safe and professional environment. Clients are responsible for the behavior and cooperation of their participants while on-site. Any damage caused by participants may be billed to the client. By confirming your session, you acknowledge and agree to follow this policy.
