Service Description
6 people. 6 sessions. 6 weeks of unstoppable growth. Turn uncertainty into possibility and change into momentum. Even high-performing teams stall when the ground keeps shifting. Change triggers hesitation, overplanning, or the search for one “right” answer. Creativity shrinks as people cling to familiar solutions, and progress slows while the team waits for more clarity or perfect timing. These habits aren’t laziness — they’re protective instincts. People are trying to avoid mistakes, reduce risk, and protect standards. Yet the cost is rigidity, stalled innovation, and frustration. The Championship Series: Dynamic Agility helps teams reframe how they approach change and uncertainty. Across six sessions, your team will explore the science of why the brain resists ambiguity and practice shifting from static to adaptive thinking. They’ll experiment with new ways of navigating risk, learn how to spot when they’re over-cautious versus when it’s time to act decisively, and practice reframing setbacks as feedback. By the end, your team won’t just understand agility — they’ll have practiced it together. With a co-created PowerUp Pathway in place, your people will leave with practical tools to adapt quickly, stay resilient under pressure, and unlock creativity when approaching complex problems.
Cancellation Policy
At Boredroom Breakouts, LLC d/b/a PowerUp, we design experiences that challenge teams to grow through courage, connection, and play. By attending a session at our facility, clients agree to the following: Conduct: All participants must act respectfully toward facilitators, staff, and other guests. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in early dismissal without refund. Confidentiality: Conversations, reflections, and personal insights shared during the experience must remain private and not be shared outside the group. Intellectual Property: All program materials and methods are proprietary to Boredroom Breakouts dba PowerUp and may not be copied, recorded, or reused for profit. Cancellation & Reschedule: If cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled session, 50% of the total cost will be charged. Clients may reschedule once per session at no penalty. No-shows will be charged 100% of the total cost. Responsibility: PowerUp maintains a safe and professional environment. Clients are responsible for the behavior and cooperation of their participants while on-site. Any damage caused by participants may be billed to the client. By confirming your session, you acknowledge and agree to follow this policy.
