Service Description
6 people. 6 sessions. 6 weeks of unstoppable growth. Every team runs on an invisible “operating system” of unspoken habits and reactions. Under stress or pressure, people default to protective responses: holding back, overexplaining, not wanting to rock the boat, or doubling down on their perspective. These patterns aren’t intentional, but they quietly shape how trust and collaboration unfold. In this session, the team experiences these hidden dynamics in real time. Through interactive exercises and guided reflection, participants see how protective instincts show up in themselves and in others. With a neuroscience lens, they learn why the brain interprets differences or uncertainty as potential threats — and how those patterns, left unexamined, limit collaboration. By surfacing these invisible dynamics together, the team begins building a shared language for noticing them in the moment. Your team will leave with a sharper awareness of hidden dynamics and a shared language to shift back toward trust and collaboration when it matters most.
Cancellation Policy
At Boredroom Breakouts, LLC d/b/a PowerUp, we design experiences that challenge teams to grow through courage, connection, and play. By attending a session at our facility, clients agree to the following: Conduct: All participants must act respectfully toward facilitators, staff, and other guests. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in early dismissal without refund. Confidentiality: Conversations, reflections, and personal insights shared during the experience must remain private and not be shared outside the group. Intellectual Property: All program materials and methods are proprietary to Boredroom Breakouts dba PowerUp and may not be copied, recorded, or reused for profit. Cancellation & Reschedule: If cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled session, 50% of the total cost will be charged. Clients may reschedule once per session at no penalty. No-shows will be charged 100% of the total cost. Responsibility: PowerUp maintains a safe and professional environment. Clients are responsible for the behavior and cooperation of their participants while on-site. Any damage caused by participants may be billed to the client. By confirming your session, you acknowledge and agree to follow this policy.
