YOUR ITINERARY
Day 2
Via Ferrata
Your first real training ground. You will gear up with a harness, helmet, and safety lanyard, then traverse a guided mountain route. As you move across, you will feel the moment your Responsive System wants to self-protect. And you will practice the tools that let you stay grounded, assess risk clearly, and choose your next step with courage and clarity.
It is breathtaking, empowering, and a powerful reminder of what you are capable of when you trust the system you have started to train.
Day 3

Overnight Backcountry Hike
After the intensity of the Via Ferrata, you will rest before heading into the San Juan Mountains for an overnight excursion. This is a 5-mile hike at a comfortable pace, filled with sweeping views and moments that invite you to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Throughout the hike, you will train your ability to stay grounded under sustained challenge. You will identify the patterns your Responsive System fires in real time, and practice tools that let you make clearer decisions, communicate more effectively, and access intuition instead of overthinking.
At camp, you will set up and cook dinner as a team with assigned roles. A natural environment to practice ownership, collaboration, and shared responsibility.
Day 4

Recovery & Integration
After our excursion, you have earned a well-deserved night in the hot springs. Set beneath an International Dark Sky, this is more than a soak. It is recovery training.
The Responsive System downshifts. The lessons from the trail integrate. And the work gets the space it needs to encode new responses.
Star-filled sky above. Warm water around you. A full-body reminder that sustainable capacity is built through both challenge and recovery.
Day 5
Departure
On our final morning, we gather for a closing session designed to turn this experience into long-term change. You will reflect on the patterns you uncovered, the tools you practiced, and the new responses you trained under graded pressure.
Then we map it directly to real life and work, so you return with clear next steps for how you will lead, communicate, and show up at full capacity.
After that, we drop you off at the airport. Ready to bring what you have trained back to the life that has been waiting for it.

LODGING
Accommodations in Colorado for 5 days and 4 nights. A mix of traditional accommodations and tents.
TRANSPORTATION
From the time you land to the time you leave, all transportation in Colorado is handled.
ACTIVITIES
Via Ferrata experience. Hiking equipment and excursion in the San Juan mountain range. Entrance to local hot springs. Facilitated Responsive Intelligence™ training sessions.
SAFETY & ACCESSABILITY
This is challenge-by-choice. You will be supported and equipped. You will not be forced.
You do not need to be an advanced outdoorswoman. This is designed for the average mobile person. All we ask is that you try, get uncomfortable sometimes, and stay curious about how your Responsive System responds.
We prioritize emotional and physical safety equally.
