Boredroom Breakouts will be hosting a Leadership Development Adventure in Alaska July 2024, and you're invited!

A one of a kind learning experience!

01: MEET OTHER LEADERS

Our guides will be creating a fun & engaging environment as you get to experience Alaska with a diverse group other leaders facing similar challenges in their roles.

02: REDEFINE LIMITING BELIEFS

Our adventures challenge you to redefine personal capability, overcome limiting beliefs, enhance self-trust & your intuition.

03: LEARN NEW SKILLS

Immersing yourself in unknown situations require you to develop soft skills such as: resilience, creative problem solving, growth mindset and more!

We will also be teaching you practical application for these adventures: kayaking through glacier filled lakes, operating ATV's, and surviving a backpacking overnight excursion!

04: EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS

We will host educational sessions on this adventure: Building functional teams, understanding emotions, building trust, and using conflict as a tool to accelerate forward.

05: HAVE A BLAST

There is so much adventure, opportunities to learn & tons of laughs and conversations with each other.

Dear people thinking of going on this adventure, GO!!!!

I went on the Alaska trip not knowing anyone, and came home with forever friendships. I was a bit nervous being an asthmatic on some steep elevation gains- hiking, backpack camping, etc, but the leaders did an amazing job setting the pace. They checked in on me and didn't leave me (or others) behind. ALSO those that wanted to charge on ahead, they could!

Favorite part for me was kayaking through glacial waters. The whole trip was well thought out, times for rest included, good food, and places to stay that had good vibes. If you are hesitant because 'the trip seems like a lot of money'- don't be. I was grateful for all the experiences we had- even learning how to four wheel through water passes!

Last thing, be prepared to have a ton of fun. I even think the eagles, seals, and salmon were smiling.

5 day/4 nights with single or dual occupancy available + 1 night with tent, sleeping bag & camping gear provided.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE A CERTAIN TITLE TO SIGN UP?

This is designed for individuals that are either current leaders and want to continue to develop their skills, or for those who are looking to build their skill portfolio for future roles. Specific titles are not required.

DO I NEED TO BE AN ATHLETE TO SIGN UP?

Absolutely not! We love to make adventure accessible for the average, mobile human.

We use adventure as a tool to challenge what we think is possible, to make incredibly fun memories, and to remember what it’s like to feel grounded & free to play.

Our guides will be there to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and no one is left behind.

WHAT ELSE WILL I NEED?

You will need your own personal hiking gear such as hiking boots, a hiking backpack, etc. We will have a packing list for you, so that you can feel confident about what you're bringing!

You will also need to book your ticket in and out of Alaska. We will give you the dates and airport information to do all of this.
